Orders and availability
Garden Grub sells smoothies and may offer açaí bowls, sea moss gels, and other products. Customers may order at the food truck, at events, or online when website ordering is available. Menu items and ingredients may change or sell out. Prices may change and will be shown when you order.
Payment
Payment is due when an order is placed. Available payment methods may include cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and supported online payments.
Order problems and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, please contact Garden Grub promptly. We will review the issue and work toward a fair solution, which may include correcting the order, offering a credit, or providing a refund when appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Catering and large orders
Please contact Garden Grub at least 48 hours before a catering event or large order if you need to cancel. A 25% depositis required to reserve a large catering event. The treatment of that deposit if an event is canceled will be stated in the individual catering agreement before payment.
Ingredients and allergies
Some products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten. Almond milk and seed add-ons may be used in some items. Tell us about any food allergy before ordering so we can discuss the ingredients. Garden Grub does not claim that its products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Garden Grub text messages
Customers who separately sign up for Garden Grub text messages may receive order updates, truck location updates, specials, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
